When I sit down to write my books I always try to visualise the excited anticipation of a child snuggled up under the covers with Mum, Dad or Grandparent waiting to share a magical bedtime adventure together. With this image in my mind I try to create a powerful and loving bonding experience that will last forever.

As I'm sure you will agree, iPhones and Tablets should NEVER replace the magical and affectionate experience created when we spend those precious 10 minutes reading with our children at bedtime.

But there are times when we all need a small distraction while we attend to important grown up stuff - like maybe having a conversation, impossible to imagine, I know!

So, with this in mind and with faith in all Adam’s fans that you will continue to read with your children at bedtime, I have decided to take a chance and release a video of my treasured book "Before You Sleep" for you to enjoy.

I hope you have fun watching it and that your children enjoy hearing one of their favourite books narrated by the actual author - and lose themselves in the enchanted sound effects I have added.
