Having Fun with Park Run

A great way to have some great family fun while getting some great exercise with www.parkrun.com. Im still buzzed and so proud of Molly for completing her first 5k run. A great introduction to healthy living for the kids. A short video I hope will inspire you to get out and have more fun. Benji
